The ANIDOX:VR Seminar, uniquely addresses factual and visual storytelling in emerging media/VR: An exciting meeting between animation, documentary, and digital innovation.

The highlight of ANIDOX:VR 2021 is a dedicated ANIDOX Seminar program which will include a panel discussion, guest presentations, and special screening. The seminar talks are held both on location and online with the aim to empower our network and community.

    Michelle Kranot

    A member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences

    Michelle Kranot is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and has been honored with top industry awards, including The Grand Jury Prize for Best VR Immersive Work at the 77th La Biennale di Venezia. Michelle’s work has expanded beyond the traditional: her art straddles experimental genres and unfamiliar mediums, fusing handmade crafted images and new technologies into contemporary experiences.

    Peter is the Co-founder of Khora, an award winning XR production studio based in Copenhagen. Khora creates cutting edge content within multiple application areas and has produced more than 300 XR applications. Khora is exploring the value potential of XR through meaningful collaborations.

    Simon Lovind

    Head of Games & Digital Media, Danish Film Institute. Simon Løvind is head of the unit for Games & Digital Media at the Danish Film Institute. He is the commissioning editor and has been running and defining the cultural support scheme for games at the Danish Film Institute in more than 10 years. He has a work background in interaction design a well as game design and also produced interactive installation art. Simon has been shaping and taking part in ANIDOX since 2012.

    Filmmaker and multimedia artist

    He is a member of The Academy of Motion Pictures, Arts and Science, awarded at Venice, Cannes and other prestigious festivals. Uri is supervising the bachelor films at The Animation Workshop/VIA University College and the main tutor of Anidox Lab.
